On a day when the red n white (not just of GoodGym but also of Alan Armstrong) volunteered alongside the black n white (of Harvey Gallagher), 39 young people came to run on a Sunday morning in Acton Park. Even the rain stayed away! Our epic volunteers took care of the first timer briefing, handing out finish tokens and marshaling. Volunteering at Junior Parkrun is such a lovely thing to do - the highs, the lows, the effort on the faces and the young man who came running up to let us know how well he'd done - fab!
