Red light spells GoodGym
6 runners ran on a training session in Portsmouth.

After a sunset admiring warm up, we split into two teams for big lap relays (no touching, air fives only 🙌). Jen was highly visible in her bright yellow jacket and took an early lead on lap one, with Vicki finding her stride on the second and third laps. John and Louisa were subjected to the rattling of pound coins in my bag on their laps.
Once we could no longer see what we were doing we hot footed it to the footpath at the back of the Blue Lagoon and took advantage of the lampposts. This time we split into 3 groups for shorter sprints. Caroline had the company of Jen and her hi viz and Vicki was paired up with Louisa aka "Roadrunner" who came into her own with the sprints (still got that out and out speed). John made me put in plenty of effort on each leg, including one where we chased some cyclists!
Good efforts by all as usual.
