... So is rain ... So is dark

We had all three tonight and although it had lead to some initial reluctance to be out and running, once we got going it was absolutely fine.

Two sets of 10 minutes of hill loops around the Hilsea ramparts was the name of the game tonight and everyone put in plenty of effort.

Rich challenged himself to run as many loops as possible by sprinting down the hills as well as up. Dr Jo presented me with plenty of jumping photo ops which I duly missed every time! India, Vicki and Caroline doubted their navigation and considered abseiling down a slope on loop 2 but fortunately we still had 6 of us at the end of the session and no-one lost in the woods!

Great work everyone and thanks to Vicki for the inspiration for the report title tonight!
