Six GoodGym members ran, cycled and walked to Northway Gardens on Mutton Brook to help look after the gorgeous rose gardens. We met with Brian Who has helped to create a fabulous local oasis of flowers that is enjoyed the by the local community. They are mostly self funded with donations and rely on volunteers to keep the gardens beautiful. He asked us to strip the boarder of the flower beds of the grass and weeds that was starting to invade. A simple job but rather satisfying! unfortunately we didn't have enough time to complete the work but we will be back to help again.
