Having completed their flyering task super speedily, and with plenty of time before they needed to be home for tea, nine goodgym runners embarked on a litter pick along some of the main roads through Llanishen.

The litter pick soon turned in into a mini street disco as a discarded toy Emily's bin bag sparked into action. After filling their bags with cans, packets, oven shelves, bottles, elastic bands and cigarettes, the runners called it a night, heading home for a well earned rest.
