A youth club, run out of St Faiths Church in Llanishen, got in touch with Goodgym to request help promoting the club to families in the local area.

Nine goodgym runners met in North Cardiff to distribute flyers to homes in the streets surrounding the club.

Having been allocated streets the runners went off two by two to post the flyers.

The club leader was delighted to get some help. What would've taken him a whole evening was achieved by goodgym within an hour. If he didn't run the club on a Tuesday night he said he'd definitely be coming along to Cardiff goodgym group runs regularly!

We look forward to hearing whether the flyering brings new faces to the club when it restarts after it's Christmas break
