Hi Viz yellow was definitely not the colour to wear this morning. The thunder gnats were out in force, marshalling standing still wasn’t pleasant. Fortunately 15 young people weren’t bothered by them and ran/walked around the 2K course. Then it was off home for their breakfast. Me, I was off to another Goodgym Community Mission up the road
