PARKRUN IS BACK! (Again - DejaVu!)

...and they need out help!

Cardiff Parkrun will take place on the 22nd January on the normal course (Taff trail - by Tesco) at 9am. Volunteering around 8:30am.

If you want to volunteer, send your parkrun number to cardiff@parkrun.com. Would be great to see team GoodGym down there.

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
