The task is to assist in cutting back vegetation along Hogsmill lane footpath near Villiers road along the river as well as a litter pick and some planting if possible too!

Task owner is Alison our local ecologist from conservation organisation (Kingston Biodiversity Network)and very much active in the wildlife in our borough. She will be there to greet you and advise. Contact number for the morning if you need it is 07867507086

She advises to bring stout footwear, gloves, face-coverings as required.

She will provide hand tools as we are cutting brambles of one seasons growth to protect grassland in Kingston cemetery after our litter pick along the Hogsmill River, Hogsmill Lane (near the Post Office) where we meet.

There is parking at the Fairfield trade park car park and she will meet you on the bridge

Alison was delighted with the help from our team last visit (which was supervised by a local Heron I am informed) and is looking forward to seeing us here !

How are you getting there?

No point for me coming from Woking to do the task on my own!
