Superhero in the City is a 5km run where you get to dress up as a superhero and run around the city (no heroic acts required mid-run; mask and cape provided).

Isabelle and I have set up a Team (Cape me up before you go-go) that anyone can join (you select a team during or post-registering). Feel free to join us or to create your own team and meet up before/after. I'm happy to head to a pub afterwards (because superheroes need sustenance) :)

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
