08:45 - 09:45Simon will be celebrating his 200th parkrun and 100th volunteer assistance at his local free weekly timed 5km event (Mile End parkrun).
You are very much invited to join in! Regulars or newcomers- parkrun is a wonderful organisation! All abilities welcomed and encouraged.
After we will walk to the Yurt Café in Limehouse for a post event coffee, catch up and possibly delicious breakfast!
