Run Our Parks

Keep running and distancing

Description

One of the best things about London is the amount of parks we have and in our current situation we are still encouraged to enjoy them.

Now I hate laps and so park running is a game of the mind for me.

So I thought let's combine some things. Let's create some distance, change of atmosphere and get our runs in with a challenge.

How many parks can you run on a single run? The distance and how long you run for is up to you. Any time anywhere, just keep active.

I done my challenge this morning and done three parks might try for four.

Share your route maps or just you enjoying your run on social media with the hashtags #GGHaringeyparkchallenge #Goodgym.

Let's have fun apart together!

There's space to change and leave bags and toilets. We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk. Participants accept full responsibility for items stored at Tottenham Green Leisure Centre, and Tottenham Green Leisure Centre and GoodGym will not be held liable for any losses or damages.

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New runners are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

There's a place to leave bags and a toilet at the start point, all you need to do is bring your trainers. It's free to try - get involved!
