Teaming up with Daniel from Goodgym, We both cycled through a cool February afternoon to help Mr. R remove a sofa from his living room. It was a quick job, leaving time for a simple lunch together before heading back to work. This easy process, requiring just a DBS check, reminded me of the value of community involvement and the joy of helping others.
