With a last minute cancellation from the original task owner, we decided to do litter pick and were spoiled for choice with where to start!

We had heard that the area around Smithdown Primary school was in need of some tlc. The three runners headed there from hope street and were met by a further four goodgymmers, including newbie Lucien - great to have you on board!

The seven of us got to work quickly and found some particularly littered bushes. Thanks to Ema's ingenuous idea to bring a trolley we were able to gather bag after bag of litter. In total we managed 14 bags! Well done to everyone, especially Sallyann who has now completed 50 tasks!
