At GoodGym Norwich we help our local community by doing good. We meet at The Forum at 6.15pm every Monday, start with a warm-up and then run as a group to each week's physical task. We'll arrive back around 8.30pm.
This week takes us on a 5.5km each-way run and we're visiting Redmayne View Care Home to interact with residents for VE Day celebrations.
Due to the distance this week, we ask that you can run 5km relatively comfortably.
Our runs are suitable for all abilities and we ensure no-one gets left behind.
We have a baggage storage area at the start location.

There's space to change and leave bags and toilets. We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk. Participants accept full responsibility for items stored at The Forum, and The Forum and GoodGym will not be held liable for any losses or damages

**Group Run Cancellation Notification:**
In line with government advice, over the past month we have made extensive changes to our operations including how we able to support organisations with group activities.
**With this in mind we are announcing that all group runs will continue to be on hold for the foreseeable future.**
We initially cancelled group run listings until the end of April and we are now officially extending this cancellation period until the end of May at the earliest.
