This was our second Community Mission with the Ideas Hub in a week, the first can be found here, and we'll have a third tomorrow!!

This was a bit of a quicker task than our last one, involving moving three tool trolleys from the Ideas Hub old premises in the library to their new home in the Meadows Shopping Centre. Once we'd figured out a route and had a quick safety briefing we were off. It was safe to say there was no risk of hitting any innocent pedestrians with these trolleys, they could be heard a mile away so we had a lovely clear route right to the Meadows. Infact we'd made such good progress we got their too early and had to wait outside for a few minutes for the centre to close to the public before they'd let us in. There was one issue with a wheel which almost fell off David and Andy's trolley but it just about made it to it's destination.

After we'd dropped off the trolleys we went for a gentle 5km run in central park and made it home before the sun set, all ready to do it again tomorrow.

There are a couple of other Community Missions coming up shortly. On Sunday we are supporting the Farleigh Hospice Virtual London Marathon and next Wednesday we will clearing debris around St John Church Hall
