May Trail Run
A run on the white cliffs of Seven Sisters!

12:00 - 14:30With the weather hopefully improving we will be doing something slightly more ambitious for the May trail run and heading out to Seven Sisters! The scenery out that way is incredible and well worth the trip.
We will be meeting at North Street (Brighton) at 11.00AM at stop C to catch either the 12 or 13X Coaster bus to get to Seven Sisters Country Park Visitor Centre for approximately 12.00PM. People are more than welcome to drive out that way and car share if that suits as well, just aim to be there for 12.00PM as we will need to head off fairly sharply.
The run will go down from the visitor centre to the spectacular coast line and take in a scenic route along the cliff tops before heading back inland to East Dean. We will finish up at the Tiger Inn where there is a table booked for 2:30PM. The table is currently inside and does not allow dogs but we can shift to outside if anyone brings a dog and the weather is sunny! The route will be approximately 10km and does contain some hilly parts along the coast but is all on well marked and maintained paths. There is the possibility of bad weaher which may make it quite windy. I will assess the weather closer to the time in case we need to change plans.
