Every month we meet up together and run or walk a park run. We are spoilt for choice in Brighton and for January we will be at East Brighton.
We are also doing a tree planting community mission in the park afterwards which you can sign up for here.

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
