So with so much fitness content out there on Youtube it can be a bit overwhelming to know which ones to choose. If you're anything like me you spend longer researching which one to do than you do doing it!
So each week I'll be selecting 3 workouts for you to complete and share with the group how it went. I'll try and get a balance of cardio, strength and yoga/pilates type sessions. If you have any suggestions of your own, please do share and I'll pop them in next week!
