6 GoodGymers made their way 9.0km to help their local community in Stockport.

We love the opportunity to pack in the miles on our Tuesday group run and there's no better opportunity than on the penultimate day of the January challenge.
We met at our usual Life Leisure base, did a long warm up loop whilst waiting for another GoodGymer to join and off we went.
We held a good pace and managed a solid 9km run before heading back to base!
