Set yourself a target for miles/kilometres to complete in January.

Either post it in the comments, the FB group or email huw@goodgym.org and I'll add it to this description.

Give yourself a pat on the back if you complete it. Prize for the most miles completed (miles run/walked count, miles cycled count at 0.25 per mile) at the end of the month.

TARGETS

Huw - 150km run/walked, 150km cycled.

Steve - 50 miles running, 50 miles cycling

Lindsay - 80 miles walking
