It's our third birthday on March 23rd, so we're celebrating in GoodGym style by running, walking and cycling of course!
This is all about getting fit by sharing memories of your favourite GoodGym experiences over the last three years.
What do I do?
1) Pick your top three most memorable GoodGym experiences (group runs, community missions etc)
2) Over our Birthday week Run, Walk or Cycle to those places
3) Take a picture there and write a couple of sentences about why you've chosen that particular one and which organisation we helped.
4) Send your pictures and text over to me to collate: ema@goodgym.org
(heads up, some of the pictures and text will be shared on social media so do say if you don't want a picture of yourself to be shared!)
Extra Brownie points to anyone who runs to one, walks to one, and cycles to one!!
When do I do it? At a time that suits you between Monday 22nd-Sunday 28th March. You can do all three in one day or spread them out over the week, whatever suits you.
I haven't yet been to three GoodGym events, can I still join in?
Yes, Yes, Yes!
If you haven't got three GoodGym experiences to choose from you can either pick three places you would love to do a GoodGym task for (and we can then add it to our list to make it happen!), or three outdoor spaces you love to spend time in.

What to look out for
Age Restriction
GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety when running and at a task.
