Phoenix Hub Mile Cross (formally Phoenix Centre)Tonight we are supporting The Phoenix Centre in Mile Cross.
They have a couple of room indoors that need a lick of paint - don't wear your best gear.
We'll meet at The Forum at 6pm and aim to arrive at the task at 6.30pm (for those who want to meet directly at the task - The Phoenix Centre, 132a Mile Cross Rd, NR3 2LD). It's 3km each way.

New to GoodGym?
This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.
New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us or see if there's a starter session coming up in your area.
