Flyer ring high for a view!

Four fantastic Goodgym Runners came together to support the Phoenix Cinema in East Finchley. We gathered in the foyer and chatted before setting off with a gentle warming jog. Cloud lead the way through the cooling streets of East Finchley. Once we had warmed up a little we found a quiet footpath to do some further exercises. This included a one legged balancing squat amongst other warming exercises. We then paired up and ran different sides of the street to deliver the leaflets for the Phoenix cinema. Once we had finished we continued our running to get to Alexandra Palace for a fantastically clear view of The London skyline. we headed back to the cinema for a warm down stretch and then headed home.
