Date and time
19:00 - 20:30This week's task is a new one for a Monday night! We're heading to South East London Mind's HQ in Beckenham to help tidying up their green spaces including a new therapy garden.
We'll be trimming back, shifting pots and possibly doing any litter picking.
The spaces will be made nicer and used by people who use Mind's amazing services as well as their staff.
π Meet at the Bridge House from 6:45 for a 7pm start
πββοΈ We have different pace/distance groups to cater for everyone. Look out for πΆββοΈ in the title if itβs walkable
β€οΈ Weβre a friendly bunch and we always have a back-marker so no one gets left behind
β° Running late or donβt fancy the jog? Meet us at the task venue at 7:20pm
π You can leave coats and bags in the staff area at the Bridge House (at your own risk)
π₯ For gardening tasks, please bring gloves and if itβs dark outside, a headtorch is really useful!

New to GoodGym?
This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.
New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.
