08:45The GoodGym parkrun Tour is a good way to meet other GoodGym runners from other boroughs, or if you're new to GoodGym it's a nice way to meet us and ask a lot of questions.
This one will be a special one, we are visiting our friends from GoodGym Bristol for a double GoodGym ration with a parkrun follow by a GoodGym group run.
We will meet in Ashton Court at 845
It's a nice, friendly 5K (3 miles) timed run.
Come with your Red GoodGym Shirt if you're a member, either trying to get a new 5 km PB or just finish it, every one is welcome!
After the parkrun we will do some good with GoodGym Bristol team.
