We'll meet at Heart (Assembly Bar & Kitchen) at 6pm & then run or walk to the fields, spend an hour there & then run/walk back. If you want to meet at the fields we'll be there around 6:20pm ish (please let me know if you're meeting us there).

Preloved Sports -, this is an organisation that tries to avoid old running kit ending up in landfill by reselling it and donating the profits to charity. Please bring any old running kit to this session for Laura to forward on to Preloved Sports.
