20:20 - 21:50On Tuesday evening after our group run to the Samye Foundation we've been invited back there to have a Christmas party with them! Since GoodGym launched in Cardiff we've run to help them a number of times and they've become close friends :)
As the centre is a Buddhist Centre no alcohol is allowed on the premises! However, after spending time at Samye we can go to Chapter Arts Centre for drinky poos!
