Get fit AND do some good!

Meet us every Wednesday at 18.45 at Old Spike Roastery. You can leave bags and bikes there. We run somewhere, do some good and run back for 20.30.

New Task Alert!

This week we're running 5km total (2.5km there and then back) to D'Eysnford Estate near Camberwell Green where we'll be meeting Stephen from Urban Canopy. He's got plenty of beds for us to turn and compost to lay to get the community orchard ready for planting. It'll be a gorgeous task and opportunities to go back and help it progress!

I can't wait. See you there!

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

5km total distance

Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us or see if there's a starter session coming up in your area.

There's space to change and leave bags and toilets. We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk. Participants accept full responsibility for items stored at Old Spike Roastery, and Old Spike Roastery and GoodGym will not be held liable for any losses or damages.
