Lenka and I was assigned to a joint mission of dissembling a wooden frame of a bed and putting it a side in another room, making room for a hospital bed, that was due to arrive later that day.

We were greeted by a lovely woman from Guy's Hospital, who gave us the lowdown, supplied us with shoe covers, introduced us to Mr M and his wife and then showed us to the bed frame.

A drill was the only tool available to us, so I got cracking on getting the screws out with the drill while Lenka stood there looking pretty..... Joking!!! She took care of the screws and taking parts of the frames down to where it will be temporarily stored.

We were done in 15 minutes so with our legs still fresh we decided to go and do some Hill Sprints somewhere nearby.
