As always Ms J was as well prepared and organised as ever which makes the regular visit to the world's politest supermarket even more enjoyable. No lamb chops on the post it note this week as Ms J had once again chosen the fish for her main course instead, but otherwise it was good to see all the usual chef's favourites back on the menu.

With no queue at the entrance, and the aisles all reasonably quiet and familiar, it was a quick and easy fill of the basket this week, and I was back to Ms J's in no time with her recyclable bag in hand. We had a catch up about how her week had been - she said she'd ventured outside again, but found it too tiring, so she certainly had no plans to join the crowds breaking out of lockdown tomorrow!

Well done Nick, great that you could have a catch up with Ms J too.
