Crystal Palace parkrun

Try your first (or 50th?) parkrun!


If you've never had a go at parkrun, now's your chance. We will meet together at our local Crystal Palace parkrun to take on the 'undulating' course. If you are new to this, you will need to register here and print off your own personal barcode, which will be scanned when you finish the run.

Don't worry if you want to come, but don't yet feel ready to run, there are tail-walkers and you can run/walk or even walk the whole run. We will also need lots of support, so please give us a big cheer if you choose to spectate!

What to look out for

Age Restriction

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety when running and at a task.

There's a place to leave bags and a toilet at the start point, all you need to do is bring your trainers. It's free to try - get involved!
