Voices of Hope
Voices of Hope is a locally founded charity in Kingston Upon Thames with a focused reach into SW London. We are dedicated to bringing hope to individuals and the wider community, improving physical and mental health through community-based projects. We work with people struggling with complex physical and/or mental health issues, families experiencing food insecurity, women who have experienced abuse/domestic violence, and the elderly. We see those we reach as people who need support, encouragement and empowerment – not as problems which need solving.

Voices of Hope are changing locations! They are moving from Kingsgate Church to Kingston Library and they meed our help. We need to help move old furniture into a skip to make space so they can move in. Can you help move desks, cabinets and other items? We are looking for strong arms and lots of helpers to make this straightforward.

We will be meeting at the Quaker Centre for 6.30pm and will run 2.5km to Kingston Library. The address is: Kingston Library, Fairfield Road, Kingston upon Thames KT1 2PS. We will get there for approximately 7pm if you need to meet us there. We will be doing a 2.5km run back after the task ends. We also have a walking group so please join in if you have an injury or don't want to run this evening. It's a great starter group!

Kingston upon Thames

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.
