Walking at Parkrun
4 GoodGymers made their way to help the Catton Park in Norwich.

On a beautiful dry morning 377 people made their way around Catton Parkrun. I was tailwalker, something I haven’t done for ages. Walking with a Parkwalker was a new experience for me, it’s lovely to hear people’s Parkrun storeys, this lady was completing her 10th Parkwalk, her first milestone. Bobby & Susanna were course checkers today, Roisin was in the woods and running Goodgymers today were Andy, Kathryn & Liam (&Henry in his buggy) lovely to see you Liam & meeting Henry for the first time. Well done everyone
