A key base building session for those training for the Camino London Ultra 50km, but also available for anyone looking for a varied workout:


Week 7: 5 x 1km parkrun pace

1km at target parkrun pace x 5- 90 second rest between reps

Make a personal decision on what your target 5km pace is, according to your current level of fitness (you could possibly aim for your "season's best"- you best performance this year).
