Bristol Epic Trail 10k
Bristol Epic 10k is set to be one of the most exciting 10k’s in England!
Welcome to the First edition of the BRISTOL EPIC 10K set in the beautiful Ashton Court Estate!
Ashton Court Estate is now a historic location just a few minutes from the centre of Bristol. It covers 850 acres of woods and grasslands in total which boast of magnificent old oak trees and the deer graze in an estate that first became a deer park over 600 years ago.
Tough Runner UK have carefully selected a number of locations across England and Wales to host our ‘Epic’ races and Bristol was one that stood out as a ‘must have’ location. Why? Because Ashton Court Estate has it all… Ease of access, scenery, space for 1000+ runners and most importantly… some epic HILLS 😄. We design our race routes to be an amazing experience but with a different twist (yes the clue is in the name); TOUGH!
The Bristol Epic 10k will be more than just a race. We have a strong belief that participants need to get the maximum value for money so rest assured we will be putting on an epic show!
This event is open to seasoned trail runners and newcomers.

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.
New runners are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.
There's a place to leave bags and a toilet at the start point, all you need to do is bring your trainers. It's free to try - get involved!
