Baby we were born to run

The music scavenger hunt

Description

It's festival season! Whilst we can only celebrate live music this year on YouTube or Facebook Live and with acoustic guitars on the beach, lets make our own music on our run!

This weeks running scavenger hunt is to find anything music related on a run of your choice. This could be song or album titles, artists names, a picture you think would make a good album cover, or your favourite music shops or venues. I'm thinking pictures of local landmarks to depict Beach Boys or Parklife, number plates to spell YMCA or road signs that make up that dance anthem song that gets you on the dance floor.

Get those creative brains flowing and WhatsApp your pics to Rosie Arnold by 9pm Wednesday 15th July.

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New runners are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

There's a place to leave bags and a toilet at the start point, all you need to do is bring your trainers. It's free to try - get involved!
