Let's get ready to Run-ble

6 GoodGymers made their way to help the Slough Borough Council Neighbourhood Services in Slough.

FIRSTLY A MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR WONDERFUL JEAN FOR HITTING 50 GOOD DEEDS TODAY...

6 runners this evening signed up to our Litter Pick / Run Session.

We met at Salt Hill Activity Centre this is our usual Junior Park Run meet up every Sunday at 9am, currently not running at the moment due to Covid 19.

Off we go to the playground for a 30 minute litter pick, no time for swings this evening Team.

Then moving onto a mini fitness session which included: In In Out Out. Touch down star jumps with an alternative but all for the wrong reasons. Running side to side actually more of a jog except for Anthony who could of probably kept going to literally the other side of the park.

Well Done all great efforts.

Save the best till last of course we ran our Junior PR 2km route, here are the ranks 1st place: Anthony a team player kept running back to join us to the finish line. 2nd Place:Ricky already 3km before the session wooooop wooop. 3rd place: Sutyee might of come first if I didn't stop for photos. 4th place: Sara good job Sara great sprint finish. 5th place: Nisha,Keira made it round and back to the start line to help take photos.

This wasn't are race I PROMISE......
