This morning it was all systems go at junior parkrun as we helped to set up the event, then marshal, scan and do finish tokens

This morning 3 Goodgymers helped junior parkrun with their 239th event!

Manjit was on Run Director duties whilst Sara and Nisha were marshalling the course.

Thank you for our lovely bunch of volunteers for helping today, without you the event could not take place.

Nisha / Pam and Papri were marshalls whilst Adam on Time Keeping and Sut as floater with Sara on Bar Code Scanning.

Nisha was tail walking today with some running and light jogging of course. Adam & Sevan were marshalls 4/8. Pam was on Bar Code Scanning whilst Sut was RD today.

It's the last bank holiday of the year and what better way to spend it than in Slough!

That's what Ealing member Harvey thought anyway as he kindly offered to support our junior parkrun task today.
