We will be back on the canal this week. It will involve meeting at 1000 Trades in the upstairs room. Due to injury of the run leader this is now a community mission.
This means there will be no lead run, but the litter pick will still take place
Walkers are welcome to join.
Everyone is welcome, remember nobody is left behind.

We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk.
