About the task

Tonight there is a change of plan. We will split into two teams to help two smaller, grassroots charities.

Growbaby supports families with kids aged 0-5 and has lots of donations to sort though. We will also be moving up items that need to head to the tip.

Hestia supports people with mental health conditions and has a great facility with the Good Energy Club. They need volunteers to sort through their donations in their storage cupboard.

Meet at the Quaker Centre at 6.30pm for a 2.5km run there and a 2.5km run back.

If you would like to meet us at Growbaby at 7pm the address is: Growbaby, The Hub, 38 Surbiton Road, KT2

If you would like to meet us at Hestia at 7pm the address is: Hestia, 3rd Floor, Millennium House, Eden Street, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 1BL

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.

This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Rachel White by email at rachelwhite@goodgym.org.

GoodGym is a community of people that get fit by doing good. We run, walk and cycle to do practical tasks for community organisations and isolated older people.
