About this session
We will be doing another leaflet drop for two organisations this time. This will be in Great Baddow, so a slightly longer run for this session.
We meet outside The Old Factory Gym. They have parking, changing facilities, toilets and lockers if you need them. You will need to bring a padlock for the locker.

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.
This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Fay Downing by email at fayd@goodgym.org.
The total distance of this group run is 7km.
Remember that we will be running to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.

Unfortunately rain has stopped play this week, stuffing soggy leaflets through letterboxes is bit tricky! This session will be relisted for 4th October.
