About this session

Conservation tasks at Mousehold Heath enable local wildlife to thrive - Bring your own gloves! We will be pulling up bracken to enable other plant species to grow.

We'll meet outside the Forum at 6pm or you can meet a the task at 6.30pm - Gurney Road, NR1 4HW (car park just before the traffic lights at the Ring Road).

It's about 3km each-way so there is a cycle option too.

What to look out for

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.

This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Ian Gostling by email at iangostling@goodgym.org.

The total distance of this group run is 6km.

Remember that we will be running to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
