Due to a late cancellation of our Group Run this week, we put our name down to lend a hand at Catton parkrun.
Elizabeth was timekeeper, Matt & Alina were barcode scanning, I was on the finish funnel while Bobbie, Susanna, Beks and Bill were marshaling on the course.
It was also good to see several other GoodGymers running the 5K.
