On a cold morning there was a new parkrun in Norwich, the Norfolk Showground Trail parkrun and 501 people turned up. The walk to the start field was 800m so a good warm up! . With storm Austen yesterday a number of Norfolk Parkruns were cancelled so many headed for this one. Rob R was the dole Goodgymer volunteering here, well done everyone

it was cold this morning even though the sun was out. 373 people including tourists from Poole & Poland and 4 first time parkrunners attended.

it was very cool this morning as the volunteers arrived, defiantly Autumnal with the sun shining but coats were required. 368 people attended & conditions were good for running/walking but for volunteering i went hat & gloves as it was cold.

417 people out in the warm autumn sunshine enjoying 5k around the park. Bobby & i were the Goodgymers volunteering and Alina was running here today. we were celebrating my 500th Parkrun Volunteering deed today, thsnk you Bobby for the balloons & Alina for the sash. The Catton core team presented ne with flowers, card & a voucher for the coffee stall here at Catton. i love volunteering at Parkrun, its very satisfying watching everyone enjoying the great outdoors, very good for all our wellbeing & mental health, its been very good for mine, along with my Goodgym family.

339 people, including 5 very first timers & 8 tourists found their way around Catton Park today. The weather was perfect, cool but windy so no sweaty today!
