Tomorrow it’s Run Norwich 10K so plenty of volunteers today resting before the big day. Plenty of walkers/joggers/runner out on the park getting their fresh air fix and socialising. Good luck to all those competing tomorrow & to all the volunteers

400 people ran/walked/jogged around Catton Park today. Still on a bank holiday there was a lot of tourists today & a few brand new to parkrun. A number of families out together for a parkrun, enjoying the out doors, fresh air & sunny conditions. Robert O & Kathryn were the Goodgymers attending today.

Catton Parkrun celebrated its 500th event with a blue theme to match the blue of Parkrun 500 t shirt. 400 people attended today, wow & most wearing blue. We also witnessed a new course record 15:30 amazing. A lot of the Core team dressed up & they didn’t disappoint 😂💙 our Goodgymers appearing day Emily, Brad, Bobby & Rob O well done all

#499th event saw a lovely sunny, cool morning excellent for a walk/jog/run. 325 people thought the same. Bobby was marshalling with the power up button for that final sprint to the finish line for those who needed it, I was time keeping so everyone was pleased to see me 😂😂 Goodgymers running today Brad, Roisin, Jenni Js Andy well done everyone

350 people attended today including Goodgymer Bobby back from sea, also running Kathryn & Rob O. Another week and another large group of tourists & a number of first timers to Parkrun, enjoying the fresh air, feel good factor of exercise.

It was a lot cooler in the park today, thank goodness! 362 walked/ran/jogged around the parkrun park. Plenty of tourists & first timers today, well done everyone those Goodgym runners were out in force today Roisin, Ian (&Olive in her buggy) Kathryn, Maddie .
