414 people, glorious weather (but hot!) , tourists from afar including Hong Kong and 2 very first timers! We had a large group of friends celebrating a 30th birthday with a group parkrun complete with race numbers ( all 1996) it was a fantastic sight.

Today we were asked to bring toiletries for Norwich Food bank & as usual those attending today did not disappoint and very very generous with many donations. 384 joggers/walker/runners on a very hot morning.

Celebrating 600 events here at Catton Parkrun with 405 people attending including a large number of those who attended the very first one! we had 5 Goodgymers volunteering & Alina, Maddy (&bump), Roisin, Rachel, Kathryn, Emily, Brad Goodgymers all running today.

366 people braving the searing weather 24 degrees at 08.30! Frankie & I welcomed 2 new Goodymers on their first Goodgym Mission. Well done see you again we were so busy helping our new recruits i forgot to take a photo!
