phew it was hot! but 390 people still turned out to run/jog/walk around the park. it was very difficult in the heat for volunteers also, except if you were in the woods which was cool. Roisin found a food way to carry all the equipment needed for the Church Street turn by using her cycle to transport everything, she even cycled up the pathway, well done it was a great balancing act.

345 damp people braved the drizzle to enjoy parkrun

it may have been hot but still they cane, 363 hardy walkers/runners/joggers braved the heat. well done! I rattled my bells on the last corner before the finish hoping it helps cor that final burst to the finish

Parkrun declared today Park Walk day and at Catton we had large number of walkers, lots attending for the first time, hopefully we will see you next week to. it was very sunny & warm, hopefully cooler for everyone from this area participating in London Marathon Tomorrow

351 people on an autumnal feeling morning turned up to run/jog/walk around Catton today. Our very own Steven Hitcham volunteered with our GG mascot Leo to complete his 400th Goodgym Mission. Robert O, Jonathan, Roisin & Susanna were in the GG colours today Well done everyone
