Block or report Roisin Delaney
Saturday 11th November
Roisin Delaney completed 25 good deeds with GoodGym.
Roisin has already done 25 good deeds with GoodGym. Instead of doing anything else, they've used their run to go and help people that need their help; digging, lifting, scraping, clearing, planting and weeding. Stuff that makes this a better place to be.

After all the rain yesterday, #455 Catton Parkrun was always going to be puddles around and sure enough "Catton Lake" was back, as shown in Roberts photo taken on his walk into the park. The rain held off for the start, but come 09.30 ish us Timekeepers battled to keep the heavy drizzle off our phones. 223 people made it round the slippy in places course without too many slips thank goodness. flying the Goodgym flag on the course today were the three Roberts i.e Bobby, Robert O & Rob R & Alina to. Well done everyone

We’d had an awful lot of rain yesterday but this morning it was a mix of sun, wind and dark clouds, but still 288 people turned up to run/walk/jog this 5K. It was my 300th Parkrun Volunteer credit today, which was announced at the RDs briefing, thank you to the many participants who gave me a well done, thank you for volunteering cheer as they passed me at my post, one gentleman even stopped running to give me a few very kind words. Goodgymers running today were Robert O with his family, including his Mum running her 💯 Parkrun, Susanna & Bobby running with their friend Tom also running his 💯 Parkrun. Roisin was my fellow volunteer today, not running as she’s running #RN23 tomorrow. Good luck all Goodgymers running tomorrow & Catton Parkrun volunteers also.
