Two GoodGymmers joined 2 Azalea regular volunteers along with Tracey, to help sort through the mountain of donations they’ve received. This was a mammoth task, as donations had been coming in thick and fast and all been stored in the buildings basement which had become increasingly more full. There was little floor space to begin with, but before long we were sorting donations in to separate piles and categories, organising the chaos. Different types of clothing, unsuitable items and clothing to send to different charities. There was also jewellery, toiletries and bedding as well as a pram. Laura was particularly excited by this task, as she enjoys organising and threw herself straight in! We made great progress and between us, got through the whole basement of donations. Tracey was really grateful for our help, this will make a big difference to the charity and allow them to support the women who need assistance. Great job!
