On a cold and blustery night, 13 members of GoodGym Coventry ran 7.4km to Foleshill Community Centre to support Feeding Coventry.

Before we set off, we heard about Becka's parkrun PB, well done! Then chatted XC aspirations and inequalities with Laura, well done Laura and fingers crossed.

Now, barely a month until the Supermarket will open its doors. which means tasks involved cleaning the kitchen. assembling and cleaning shelves and cupboards.

All task were achieved, fridges were spotless, shelves and floors bleached and shelving units moved into spaces (Amy's day job came on very useful here!).

Great to see you all and well done on another awesome task and the longest distances run without stopping, well done again Amy! ( Special thanks to the motivating and navigating team of Vic and Vickie!).

See you all next week for a litter pick on the canal. Liz x
