The GoodGym Fairies take on the RSPCA carpark

Last night we welcomed Melissa to her first GoodGym group run. We hope you enjoyed your first experience and we look forward to seeing you more in the future. Melissa is paramedic and is handy if we ever need some first aid on a run!

Joined by Anne, Adam, Katie, Alys and myself we were welcomed at the Millbrook RSPCA center by Sue. We were set our task which was to tidy and weed the car park. The car park is always so busy they struggle to find a time when it is quiet enough to get the job done. We scrapped the edges of the pavement and tidied the bushes around and swept and tidied up. A job done by all. It looked so much better. Once we had tided up we headed for some time trails down the long drive away. Adam zoomed up and down! The sign of 'caution animals exercising' was very appropriate.

Next week

We are heading to Brookwood farm for a litter pick followed by a run down the canal onto the heath. It will be dark so remember you lights. There is free parking available.
