This week's Group Run took place on a Saturday morning and 8 GoodGymmers helped clear more Bracken at Mousehold Heath.

Heath leader Will met us and took us to an area where the overgrown Bracken was preventing the Heather from growing, which is crucial to some of nature's inhabitants.

As always, loads got done and we made a difference yet again to the area.
